Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping is priority mail 1-3 business days or standard ground 3-5 business days. Our warehouse ships orders Monday-Friday. All order places before 10 AM central time will be processed within 1 business day Please allow up to 12 hours to receive a confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or Holidays.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other external factors.
Holiday Shipping:
Orders placed during the holiday season will be processed within 14-21 days, but carrier schedules may affect delivery. Use your tracking number to check your shipment status.
USPS will be provided the address that you input, we are not responsible for incorrect address typos please make sure that your address is correct when placing your order. In some cases, incorrect addresses are flagged. If your address is flagged a member of our customer service team will reach out via TEXT (504 area code) or EMAIL to validate your address prior to shipping.
