NEW! When do pre-orders ship?
For all pre-orders, please allow 2-8 weeks for shipping.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
File a claim with USPS. After they give you a claim number, please email the number to our customer service email at contact@blakksmoke.com.
What happens if I received my product and it is defective?
The company must be notified within 24 hours after delivery, via email, of the defective unit. Please attach a video demonstrating the defect of the item.
How can I refund or cancel my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds.
How long does it take for shipping?
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing Monday-Friday. Shipping is priority mail 3-5 business days for domestic.

Holiday Shipping:
If you ordered during the holiday season, your order will be given to our postal carrier within our processing time, and carrier schedules may affect delivery, please use the tracking number associated with your order to track package status.
NEW! What happens if I place an order for something and one or more of my items are on the pre-order list, example bundles?
The entire order will ship once everything is in stock. All items containing pre-orders will ship within 21 business days.
