REFUND REQUESTS:
We do not provide refunds. All sales are final.
RETURN INFORMATION:
We do not allow returns.
All items sold (both physical and digital) are non-returnable.
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not allow returns for gift cards.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS:
We do not allow exchanges except for an incorrect order. If your order is faulty (i.e., wrong product(s), missing a product, etc...), email the Blakk Smoke Customer Care team: contact@blakksmoke.com. Please include your order number(s), photos/videos, and your packing slip information.
DAMAGED/MISSING PRODUCTS:
Our team fully inspects all orders for quality and accuracy before they are shipped out via USPS. All orders are insured up to $100. Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If your order is defective/damaged/missing, file a claim at USPS as soon as possible. Note: You may file a claim within 60 days of the date your order was shipped (refer to your shipping confirmation email and packing slip). More information at USPS.com.
