When will I receive my Blakk Friday, Cyber Monday or any sale day order?
We appreciate your patience during our busiest times. All orders will be processed within 7–14 business days and shipped following processing.

If you ordered during Thanksgiving, Black Friday, or before December 17, your order will be handed to our postal carrier within 14-21 days.
What should I clean my hookah with?
Use antibacterial dish soap and warm water to clean the glass portions and hose tips. Rinse well to remove soap residue, then let the parts air dry in a secure location.
The entire order will ship together once all items are in stock. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped within 2-8 weeks.
Our hours are from 8am-5pm CST. Please allow at least 12-24 business hours for a response to your inquiry.
How long does the hookah pen last?
There’s no exact timeframe — it depends on your smoking habits. Long, deep pulls count as multiple puffs. On average, most hookah pens last 2–4 weeks for non-frequent smokers.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
File a claim with USPS. Once you have a claim number, email it to contact@blakksmoke.com so our team can assist further.
How long does it take for shipping?
Processing takes 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.
